I searched for 'Cell Phone Alarm System Design' at google and found this your post ('rnessing Device Sol-Air Use Hand Winder System If Wind isn’t Blowing | My Green Treasure') in search results. Not very relevant result, but still interesting to read.

That is just plain sad.
The windmill is mounted on a flat face where the wind is blocked from blowing through the blades. The blades are the wrong proportion for a turbine that small, so it would require a hurricane to get it to generate any power. The turbine type they chose is one that needs to be facing directly into the wind, but this device has no ability to allow the blades to swivel towards the wind. There seems to be no handle for hand winding so you are required to spin the spin the thin delicate turbine blades with your hand. Finally, an alarm clock??? How many places do you sleep where there is enough wind to spin a windmill? Are you expected to leave your cellphone outdoors to charge it?
This is not industrial design, it is doodling.
