The Planet’s Future will be Decided in Copenhagen

Over the years, the earth climate has gone through several periods of heating and cooling. All these changes occurred slowly, due to natural factors, but now the earth climate has reached a level where any error caused by humans could be fatal.

The main factor influencing global warming is the greenhouse effect. This phenomenon is caused by human actions, and as scientists say, greenhouse gases in the atmosphere result in reducing the reflection of sunlight. This thing means nothing but excessive heating, so if greenhouse gases indicate a high density then the heating process will be very intense.

For these reasons, this week, 20,000 delegates from 190 countries will participate at the Copenhagen Summit, to establish a strategy to reduce gas emissions and current pollution level. The main purpose of this summit is to sign a treaty stating that greenhouse gases emissions will be reduced up to 40% compared to 1990.

American President, Obama has supported some views of scientists, which concluded that the only solution to humanity’s survival is to maintain a constant temperature of our planet. Here’s a shocking statement of scientists: „Global temperature must not rise more than two degrees by the end of this century, or we will die suffocated.”
