Japanese firm Shimizu Wants to Install Solar Cells on Moon
3 August 2010 | Solar Power | No Comments
Some days ago I heard that a Japanese construction firm named Shimizu, plans to install a belt of solar panels around moon’s equator (Luna Ring project). So close to the sun, these solar cells will generate constantly a huge amount of free energy. In this way, this new technology will eliminate solar cells inefficiency often caused by bad weather and will fullfill all our energy needs.
How to Build a Magnetic Generator at Home

About a year ago, when I started to write articles on myGreenTreasure.com, one of the first titles was: Video of How to Build a Magnetic Motor. Back then I didn’t know too much about these magnetic motors so I chose to post two videos about them. Meanwhile I have realized that such systems are actually all that man needs to reduce global carbon emissions. Of course, we still have to do many other efforts to reduce these emissions, but replacing diesel engines with magnetic engines could be the biggest step in saving non-renewable energy resources and implicitly the planet.

nPower PEG is a kinetic charger designed by Tremont Electric. It is perfect for your portable gadgets. With such a system you will not remain any more without power during walks or travels. The performances of this devices are not so high, but it can recharge 80% of a mobile phone battery in an hour, during a simple walk. nPower PEG (Personal Energy Generator) is very small, fit in your pocket or purse, and is very easy to use (by simply connecting to your phone or mp3). Tremont Electric say that if everyone would wear such a kinetic charger one hour per day, the energy saved would be enough to power 21.000 homes for a year. (more…)
